As director Business Development he worked with SI Channel partner across India, Bhutan and Nepal. He has the knack of getting into sunrise business areas and then emerge as a leader with his strong commitment, perseverance and team building skills.

He has Strong relations with System Integrators In East, West and North India . He Helped partner make good margin in his products. His pleasing personality and honest approach has helped him build long lasting relationships with leading organizations.

Heading as Operating in-charge for last 20 years. He established vision of becoming Top National Solution distributor in India. Can be attributed as a Visionary leader and great observer, who has invested 20 years in solving different business problem in the simplest format.

Under his leadership Ensonic Computech Private limited is ranked among the fastest growing IT companies in India. It has been awarded by SME channels , Indian Express Group CRN, ITPV, Top 20 CIO review in India.

Having started her ( B. COM from CU, MBA-FINANCE - IMM KOLKATA ) journey as an event manager and a sales developer since 1992 through organizing children's camps and workshops, and gone through an on field Sales experience of 23years with lots of hallowed experiences of failures and successes.

Currently a Co-founder Ensonic Computech private Limited, Seasoned Startup Entrepreneur in the field of Education Technology-Digital Smart Class Room, with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.

Skilled in Vendor Management, Management, Solution Selling, Pre-sales, and Business Development and have a high Acumen in developing Sales Teams and nurturing sales persons to fulfill their targets.

A trainer & speaker for organizations as well as Individuals and help them increase their performance levels through workshops and trainings. One of the finest working women in this part of country. Disciplined approach and wonderful learner. MC for many in-house business events as part of hobby with good command over communication.

She is a Certified Iron lady by Tata Institute of Social Studies and an Expert coach of TLRNOW. Also she is advisory to Startups.
